Role Description The Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area, responsible for overseeing daily store operations and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role includes managing staff schedules, supervising sales activities, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. The Store Manager will handle customer inquiries and escalations, implement company policies, and support initiatives to drive revenue and store profitability. Additional responsibilities include tracking key performance metrics,



coordinating with regional leadership, ensuring compliance with safety and security procedures, and mentoring team members for performance and professional growth.

Qualifications

Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction capabilities.

Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to minimize shrinkage and maintain store security.
