Role Description The Graphic Designer, Video Editor, UGC Content Creator, and Content Creator (Paid Internship) roles are full-time, on-site positions based in Bhubaneswar. Graphic Designers will create visual assets such as social media posts, marketing materials, and brand collaterals, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and collaborating with the content and marketing teams. Video Editors will handle video footage, apply transitions, audio, and effects,



and produce short-form and long-form content optimized for digital platforms. UGC Content Creators will ideate and produce authentic, platform-specific content (such as short videos, reels, and posts), participate in brainstorming sessions, and adapt content to current trends. The Content Creator (Paid Internship) role will support the team with content research, basic design or video tasks, drafting copy, and assisting in campaign execution while receiving mentorship and structured feedback.
Qualifications
Graphic design skills using industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma or similar) and the ability to create clean, brand-aligned visuals.
Video editing capabilities with software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, including cutting, sequencing, adding effects, and basic sound design.
Content creation skills for social media platforms, including understanding of short-form
