Role Description The HR Management Intern role is an internship position based in Lucknow with a hybrid work model, allowing some tasks to be completed from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting recruitment activities (such as screening applications and scheduling interviews), assisting with onboarding documentation and record keeping, and maintaining employee databases and HR files.



The intern will help organize team meetings and training sessions, support HR communication across the company, and assist in drafting basic HR policies and process documents under guidance. This role also involves coordinating with other departments, contributing to employee engagement initiatives, and preparing periodic HR reports and summaries.
