REVO Solar is a DPIIT-certified, MNRE-registered residential solar company expanding aggressively across Uttar Pradesh and NCR.

We are not looking for someone to manage campaigns from a desk.

We are looking for someone who knows UP's residential colonies the way a local knows their own neighbourhood — and has the energy and relationships to activate them.

THE ROLE

You will lead all below-the-line marketing activities across Noida, Ghaziabad, and Meerut — including:

· RWA events and community sessions
· Door-to-door canvassing in target colonies
· Electrician and hardware shop referral network
· Canopy campaigns and activations
· Colony WhatsApp group penetration
· Building and managing a team of Solar Consultants on the ground

WHO WE WANT

· 3–6 years of field sales or BTL marketing experience — FMCG, solar, insurance,



telecom, or consumer durables preferred
· Has managed a team before — minimum 3 people
· Owns a two-wheeler — mandatory
· Based in or around Noida/Ghaziabad
· Strong Hindi communication. UP cultural familiarity preferred.

WHAT WE OFFER

Fixed: ₹20,000/month
Travel: Reimbursed against bills
Incentives: ₹1,500 per installation from your leads
Target total: ₹42,000–₹55,000/month for a robust performer
