Role Description As a Performance Marketing Manager - D2C/Fashion at Crepdog Crew, you will lead data-driven marketing initiatives across digital channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. In this full-time, in office role based in Saket, you will plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Google, and other relevant ad networks, focusing on ROAS, CAC, and LTV metrics. You will collaborate closely with creative, merchandising,



and e-commerce teams to align campaigns with product drops, brand stories, and seasonal collections. Daily responsibilities include managing performance dashboards, running A/B tests, optimizing ad creatives and targeting, overseeing budgets, and reporting insights to stakeholders. You will also stay updated on fashion and streetwear trends, identifying new growth opportunities and channels in the D2C space.
Qualifications
Strong performance marketing skills, including campaign setup, optimization, and analysis across paid social and search platforms.
Proficiency in digital analytics tools and dashboards (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, data visualization tools) for tracking ROAS, CAC, and funnel performance.
Experience working with e-commerce or D2C brands, preferably in fashion, sneakers, or streetwear, with an understanding of consumer behavior in these segments.
