About the Role
We’re looking for a Head of Digital Marketing who can combine performance marketing expertise, strategic thinking and strong client leadership.
This is not a role where success is measured by how many campaigns are launched.
It is about understanding where the money should go, why it should go there, what is working, what isn't, and what needs to change to drive business growth.
You will lead digital performance across multiple brands, own campaign strategy and optimisation, and work directly with clients to turn data into explicit business and marketing decisions.

What You’ll Own
Performance & Growth
Lead and optimise performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google and other relevant digital platforms.
Own budget allocation and ensure every marketing rupee is deployed intelligently.
Analyse campaign, audience, creative, website and conversion data to identify opportunities and performance gaps.




Drive decisions around scaling, optimisation, testing and budget redistribution.
Track and improve key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CPA, AOV, CVR, CTR and overall revenue performance.
Look beyond ad-platform metrics and identify where the broader funnel is leaking.
Develop testing frameworks across creatives, audiences, offers, landing pages and campaign strategies.
Strategy
Develop digital marketing strategies based on the client's business objectives, not just platform recommendations.
Translate data into actionable insights and growth opportunities.
Work closely with creative and content teams to develop performance-led communication.
Bring a full-funnel perspective to acquisition, conversion and growth.
Client Leadership
Act as a strategic digital marketing partner for clients.
Lead performance reviews, strategy discussions and growth conversations.
