About The Role
We are looking for an HR Manager who can take ownership of the HR function and help build a structured, disciplined and system-driven organisation.




The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR systems, recruitment, policy implementation, employee management and statutory compliance. The role requires someone who can build systems, implement rules and ensure consistent execution across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
Own HR systems, processes and day-to-day HR operations
Build and implement HR policies, SOPs, rules and employee processes
Manage complete recruitment, hiring, onboarding and manpower planning
Develop systems for attendance, leave, discipline, performance, appraisal and employee records
Implement KPI/KRA-based performance management
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and employee relations
Manage PF, ESIC, Qualified Tax, Bonus, Gratuity, Labour Welfare Fund and other applicable statutory compliances
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, factory/establishment requirements and statutory regulations
Maintain statutory registers, re
