Job Role - Lead strategic sales and business development in the region. Drive branch profitability and achieve revenue targets. Design localized strategies, monitor key metrics and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen and effective communication to ensure regional success and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities-
1 Oversee sales and business development activities for Housing Loans products across all branches in the specified region.
Work towards establishing the Easy brand in the region.
2 Design the business development strategy in consultation with the Zonal Manager.
Identify revenue generation targets for the region and set revenue objectives for respective districts in alignment with national objectives.
3 Drive branch profitability within the region.
Develop current channels and design localized products to enhance business opportunities.
4 Develop and implement regional plans to meet sales financial objectives.
Schedule expenditures, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions as needed.




5 Present performance metrics of the region to senior management periodically.
6 Monitor the loan book, product mix, yield, and quality of the portfolio for the region.
Guide area sales managers for course correction based on business metrics.
7 Coordinate and liaise with other function heads to drive necessary business metrics in the region. Provide feedback on product offerings, channels, and processes to the heads of functional teams (Product, Marketing, Credit, Operations, Technical, Legal).
8 Monitor regulatory compliance.
9 Oversee the implementation of marketing, advertising, and promotional planning in collaboration with the marketing team.
10 Conduct regular visits to locations within the region to understand on-ground realities.

Qualification - Graduate
Experience - 5-10 Years in Affordable home loans
Experience in managing multiple branches with deep knowledge and understanding of the respective geograph
