Role Description This is a full time, on-site Mechanical Construction Supervisor role based in Noida. The Mechanical Construction Supervisor oversees daily site activities for mechanical construction works, ensuring adherence to project plans, technical specifications, and quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising mechanical installation and commissioning tasks, coordinating with contractors and project engineers, and monitoring progress against schedule and budget. The role involves conducting inspections, enforcing construction safety practices, resolving site issues, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders on work status and resource needs. The supervisor also prepares daily reports, supports documentation for compliance, and contributes to continuous improvement in construction methods and site management.
