Work you'll do

As a Consultant on the Cyber Operate team, you will be responsible for supporting clients in the design, operation, and improvement of hybrid cloud security environments.

Administer and support Proofpoint Email Protection platforms and associated email security technologies.
Manage email security controls, including anti-phishing, anti-spam, malware protection, URL defense, attachment protection, encryption, and sender authentication.
Monitor alerts, quarantine activity, and threat detections; investigate phishing, malware, spoofing, and user-reported threats; and support incident response and email delivery troubleshooting.
Manage Sender Policy Framework (SPF), DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM), and Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting, and Conformance (DMARC)



configurations, policy tuning, filtering updates, and mail flow analysis.
Collaborate with infrastructure, messaging, security operations, and compliance teams to support platform improvements, vendor escalations, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
