Most digital marketing starts with a platform - what to post, what to boost, what to target.
We start with the brand.

Before we open Ads Manager or plan a content calendar, we ask: What does this brand stand for? Where is it positioned, and against whom? Who is it really speaking to - not just their age and city, but how they think, what they respond to, what makes them stop scrolling. Digital marketing, done well, is brand strategy applied to a screen. Done badly, it's just noise with a budget behind it.

We're looking for someone who starts there - with the brand and the audience - and only then moves to strategy, platforms and campaigns.

Your day-to-day will involve:

1. Brand & Strategic Understanding
→ Understand brand positioning, personality, and communication before jumping to platforms
→ Study the target audience - not just demographics, but consumer behaviour, motivations and media habits




→ Translate brand strategy into a digital strategy that's aligned with the brand's larger identity, not just platform best practices

2. Digital Planning & Execution
→ Plan and manage Meta and Google Ads campaigns - targeting, budgets, objectives
→ Drive social media optimisation (SMO) and social media marketing (SMM) across brands
→ Own search engine marketing (SEM) planning and execution
→ Give direction to content and creative teams based on brand strategy - not the other way around
→ Ensure every campaign and communication feels consistent with the brand it belongs to

3. Measurement & Insight
→ Track performance and identify what's working, what isn't, and why
→ Turn data into strategic recommendations, not just reports

4. Client & Collaboration
→ Present strategies, campaigns and performance insights directly to clients
→ Work across multiple brands, industries and business objectives simultaneously
→ Collaborate confidently with creative, content and strategy
