→ Own the complete sales cycle — Lead → Meeting → Proposal → Negotiation → Closing
→ Personally handle high-value client meetings & site visits
→ Meet business owners, hospitals, founders & decision-makers face-to-face
→ Understand the client's business, identify the real problem and build the right digital growth solution
→ Think beyond the standard agency pitch and create new ways to acquire & convert clients
→ Build sales strategies, scripts, funnels, follow-up systems & conversion processes
→ Study competitors, markets, industries and identify current revenue opportunities
→ Handle negotiations and close serious, high-ticket deals
→ Build and lead a sales team while still being willing to get on the ground and close yourself
