Role Description The Articled Assistant will work on tax audits, income tax return preparation, GST registration and return filing, and basic Companies Act and MSME compliance tasks under supervision. Responsibilities include maintaining working papers,



assisting in finalization of accounts, preparing schedules and reports, and supporting statutory and tax audit engagements. The role also involves liaising with clients for data collection, organizing documentation, and updating internal systems and trackers. The Articled Assistant will collaborate with senior team members to research provisions, apply relevant laws, and help ensure timely completion of assignments. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals and basic taxation concepts, including income tax and GST.
