Leo MarCom Pvt Ltd. is looking for a proactive, research-driven, and target-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to identify, research, qualify, and engage potential B2B clients across international markets.
If you have strong experience in B2B lead generation, prospect research, database building, LinkedIn prospecting, cold outreach, and lead qualification, this could be the right opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do
? Research and identify potential B2B prospects across international markets.
? Build targeted prospect databases from scratch.
? Identify companies, key decision-makers, and relevant market segments.
? Collect and verify accurate prospect information and contact details.
? Use LinkedIn, Google, company websites, and industry directories for prospect research.
? Segment and qualify leads based on business potential and campaign requirements.




? Prepare prospect lists for email marketing and cold outreach campaigns.
? Create personalized outreach messages based on prospect and company profiles.
? Conduct follow-ups through email, LinkedIn, and telephone communication.
? Maintain structured lead databases and update lead statuses.
? Track leads through stages such as New Lead, Contacted, Follow-up Required, Interested, Qualified, Not Interested, and Converted.
? Work closely with sales, marketing, and business development teams to support lead conversion.
? Prepare regular reports on leads generated, responses, qualified leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

✔ Proven experience in B2B lead generation.
✔ Robust experience in lead sourcing and database building from scratch.
✔ Excellent LinkedIn research and prospecting skills.
