A fast-scaling D2C brand in the retail and fashion space, we’re redefining how consumers discover, engage with, and buy premium lifestyle products online. Backed by data, design, and customer obsession, we build end-to-end digital experiences—from product curation to post-purchase delight—on owned channels that drive loyalty, retention, and repeat revenue. We’re looking for a hands-on Ecommerce Manager to own our direct-to-consumer engine and scale it profitably across India. Role & Responsibilities
Own P&L; for D2C channel: drive revenue, conversion, AOV, and CAC metrics through strategic experimentation and performance optimization.
Lead end-to-end customer journey—from homepage experience to checkout flow—using analytics tools to identify drop-off points and implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
Manage and scale paid acquisition (Meta, Google, YouTube) and organic growth levers (SEO, email, SMS, influencer collabs) with clear ROI tracking.
Partner with product, design, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless inventory alignment,
product launch execution, and UX/UI improvements that boost retention.
Build and maintain dashboards in GA4, PowerBI, or similar to monitor KPIs, run A/B tests, and present performance insights to leadership weekly.
Lead a small cross-functional team of specialists (content, logistics, customer service) to execute campaigns and resolve operational bottlenecks.
