Role Description This is a full-time remote role based out of Panchkula with a hybrid working model and six-day workweek. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for various roles across the organization.



Daily responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, creating and posting job descriptions, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring a structured and inclusive selection process. The role also involves strengthening employer branding by promoting Banana Health’s mission and culture, optimizing recruitment channels, and enhancing candidate experience. The Specialist will regularly track recruitment metrics, update applicant tracking systems, and collaborate with HR to support smooth onboarding.
Qualifications
Experience in full-life cycle recruiting and recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and offer management.
Skills in interviewing and structured assessment to fairly evaluate candidate capabilities and potential.
Background in hiring and talent selection, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
