What Is a SaaS Pre-Sales Associate at CallKaro AI?

A client-facing growth role responsible for finding relevant leads, qualifying them properly, understanding their business needs, and helping them see how CallKaro AI solves real workflow problems.

This role sits between sales, solution consulting, and customer discovery. The goal: identify serious prospects, understand their use case, run sharp product conversations, and hand over qualified opportunities with clear context.

What You Will Do

Hunt relevant B2B leads across target industries and buyer personas.
Qualify inbound and outbound prospects based on need, urgency, budget, and use case.
Run discovery conversations to understand workflows, call volumes, and automation opportunities.
Schedule and conduct product demos that clearly explain CallKaro AI's Voice AI value.
Ask strong qualification questions to separate serious buyers from low-intent leads.
Maintain clean CRM notes, lead status, follow-ups, and next steps.
Coordinate with founders, sales,



and solution teams when needed.
Follow up consistently through email, WhatsApp, calls, and LinkedIn.
Share market feedback and buyer insights with the internal team.

What We Look For

Must-Have
1–1.5 years SaaS pre-sales, SDR, BDR, or inside sales experience.
Hands-on lead hunting, cold outreach, and qualification experience.
Ability to run product demos and explain SaaS clearly to business users.
Strong communication across calls, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn.
Sharp questioning ability and ownership mindset.
Comfort in quick-moving startups where processes evolve quickly.

Good to Have
Experience with AI, automation, CRM, or telephony products.
Familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools.
Startup background in revenue or founder's office roles.
Ability to map and explain business workflows internally.
