Role Description The Ecommerce Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for managing the online store operations, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory accuracy across ecommerce platforms. The Ecommerce Manager will oversee daily website performance, optimize product pages for conversion and search visibility, and coordinate with sales and marketing teams to execute campaigns that drive traffic and revenue.



Responsibilities include analyzing sales data and customer behavior, monitoring order fulfillment and customer service interactions, and ensuring a consistent brand experience across digital channels. The role also involves identifying opportunities for process improvement, implementing ecommerce best practices, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to enhance the online customer journey.
Qualifications
Ability to apply strong analytical skills to sales data, customer insights, and ecommerce performance metrics.
Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, external partners, and customers.
