Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Representative at PInterview. The role involves responding to user inquiries via email, chat, and phone, assisting with account setup, bookings, and troubleshooting access or technical issues. The Customer Service Representative will guide users through the platform’s features,



ensure a smooth experience during mock interview sessions, and help resolve scheduling or coordination concerns between users and industry experts. The role includes documenting user feedback, escalating complex issues to the appropriate internal teams, and proactively supporting customer satisfaction and retention. The representative will collaborate with product and operations teams to improve processes and contribute to a user-centric service environment.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in customer-focused roles, such as Customer Service Representatives or Customer Support positions.
Strong skills in delivering high-quality Customer Service and maintaining Customer Satisfaction.
Ability to create positive and consistent Customer Experience through clear communication and problem solving.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with active listening and empathy.
