Role & Responsibilities
Develop and execute growth strategies across SEO, Google Ads, content marketing, email marketing, and social media.
Manage and optimize Google Ads and performance marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads.




Improve organic traffic through keyword research, on-page SEO, content optimization, and technical SEO.
Manage email campaigns and support outbound lead-generation activities.
Analyze performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and HubSpot and continuously optimize campaigns.
Identify and test current growth channels, messaging, and acquisition strategies.
Work closely with the founder to execute TalentTasker's GTM and customer acquisition strategy.
Preferred Candidate Profile
2–4 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Demand Generation.
Strong hands-on experience with SEO and Google Ads.
Good understanding of GA4, Google Search Console, conversion tracking, and marketing analytics.
Experience with email marketing and content marketing.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure CPL, CAC, conversion rates, and ROI.
Good content writing and communication skills.
