Role Description The Villa Acquisition Manager is a full time remote role responsible for identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new villas and luxury stays into the StayOnVacation portfolio. Day-to-day activities include researching potential properties, reaching out to owners and partners, conducting virtual or on-site property assessments,



and presenting the value proposition of partnering with StayOnVacation. The role involves negotiating partnership terms, coordinating documentation, and collaborating with hospitality, operations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth integration of newly acquired properties. The Villa Acquisition Manager will also track acquisition pipelines, maintain relationship management records, and provide regular reports on property performance and market trends.
Qualifications
Property acquisition and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and partnership onboarding.
Negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills with villa owners, developers, and hospitality partners.
