Role Description The Recruitment Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. This role involves managing end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various positions within KRG’s financial and advisory ecosystem. The Recruitment Specialist will coordinate and conduct interviews, collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining talent pipelines, managing recruitment documentation, supporting onboarding and initial training coordination, and using data to improve recruitment efficiency and quality. The role also requires close alignment with KRG’s 4C Model, engaging with colleges, candidates, and consultants to build and sustain a strong talent network.
