Role Description The Manager–Banking and Finance will oversee banking relationships, manage cash flows, and ensure productive utilization of financial resources to support business operations and growth. This role includes monitoring working capital, coordinating with banks and financial institutions for facilities and renewals, and ensuring timely documentation and compliance with relevant financial regulations.



The manager will prepare and review financial reports, support budgeting and forecasting, and provide data-driven insights for management decision-making. Day-to-day responsibilities also include supervising treasury activities, supporting audits, and collaborating with internal teams such as accounts, procurement, and sales to align financial plans with business objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of corporate banking operations, including working capital management, bank facilities, and relationship management with banks and financial institutions.
Act as the single point of contact for all bank-related correspondence, queries, and escalations.
Manage day-to-day interactions with lending institutions — public sector banks, private banks, and NBFCs.
Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly stock statements, debtor statements, and QIS reports as per bank requirements
