Role Description: The Property Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in our Kolkata branch, responsible for supporting clients through the entire property selection and transaction process.



Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying suitable residential and commercial properties, conducting site visits, presenting property options, and explaining features, pricing, and investment potential. The role involves managing inquiries, maintaining regular communication with clients, coordinating with property owners and developers, and assisting with documentation and deal closure. The Property Specialist will also monitor local market trends, prepare basic reports or listings, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver consistent, high-quality service. This position requires a client-focused approach, solid follow-up, and the ability to work in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
