Role Description The Sales Executive role at Terra Verde Infra is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. In this role, the Sales Executive identifies and qualifies new leads, conducts client meetings, and presents project offerings to prospective customers. The position involves managing the sales pipeline, following up on inquiries, negotiating terms, and supporting deal closure while maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools.



The Sales Executive collaborates with internal teams to coordinate site visits, prepare proposals, and ensure a smooth customer experience from initial contact through post-sales support. The role also includes monitoring market trends, participating in promotional activities, and contributing ideas to improve sales strategies and customer engagement.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in real estate, infrastructure, or a related sector.
