Role Description This is a full time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Surat. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, including building and maintaining a pipeline of potential clients and partners. The role involves generating leads through market research, networking, and outreach, and nurturing relationships to convert leads into long-term business. The executive will manage key accounts, coordinate with internal teams to align offerings with client needs, and prepare proposals, presentations,



and business reports. Day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, tracking performance metrics, attending events or meetings as needed, and providing feedback to management on market trends and customer insights to support AWEWA’s growth.
