Role : PLSQL Production Support
Experience : 2+ years
Location : Navi Mumbai
Strong proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL and SQL.
Solid understanding of relational database concepts and performance tuning.
Proficiency in basic Linux commands and shell scripting.
Experience with production support processes and incident management.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Solid communication skills.
Monitor and support critical production applications and databases.
Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, performance issues, and data discrepancies.
Provide timely resolution to user queries and reported issues.
Participate in on-call rotations for 24/7 support as needed
