We are looking for a Real Estate Sales & CRM Coordinator who can work closely with the Boss/Management and Sales Team and take responsibility for customer inquiries, lead coordination, CRM management, follow-ups, property information, site visits and YouTube-related customer inquiries.
Job Summary

This is a *coordination + customer handling + CRM + sales support role*.

The selected candidate will work closely with the Boss and Sales Team. The person will be responsible for attending incoming property inquiry calls, understanding customer requirements, forwarding leads to the concerned team member, taking regular follow-ups from the sales team,



maintaining accurate CRM records and ensuring that every lead is properly tracked.

The candidate will also be required to *accompany the Boss for property/site visits and YouTube video shoots* from time to time. During these visits, the candidate will learn detailed information about flats, projects and properties so that she can confidently handle basic customer queries and coordinate with the appropriate sales person.
Key Responsibilities
1. Incoming Customer Calls & Inquiry Handling

* Attend incoming calls related to flats, properties, projects and other real estate inquiries.
* Understand the customer's requirement, budget, preferred location, configuration and other basic requirements.
* Collect important customer information and record the inquiry properly.
* Provide basic property information wherever required.
* Forward each inquiry to the appropriate sales/team member without delay.
