Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Senior Executive CRM Collections to manage post-sales customer collections and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the payment lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate collections, a good understanding of CRM processes, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely collections and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Manage post-sales collections from customers as per payment schedules and company policies.
Track customer payment milestones and ensure timely follow-up on due and overdue payments.
Maintain accurate customer records, payment status, and collection updates in the CRM system.
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal,



and Project teams to resolve customer queries related to payments and agreements.
Engage with customers through calls, emails, and meetings to ensure smooth collection of dues.
Negotiate payment plans and resolve collection-related issues while maintaining positive customer relationships.
Generate collection reports, aging analysis, and MIS reports for management review.
Ensure compliance with company policies, RERA guidelines, and contractual obligations.
Support customers during post-sales processes, including documentation, payment reminders, and handover-related activities.
Escalate critical collection issues and recommend appropriate resolutions.

Required Skills Competencies

Strong knowledge of CRM processes and customer lifecycle management.
Experience in post-sales collections within the real estate industry.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
