Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed 2D AutoCAD drawings including site layouts, floor plans, elevations, and sections.
- Modify and update designs as per architects’/engineers’ instructions.
- Maintain accuracy and ensure compliance with BDA, BBMP, and RERA standards.
- Coordinate with design, project, and execution teams for smooth project delivery.
- Support in preparing working drawings and quantity estimations.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Civil/Architecture.
- 2–5 years of drafting experience in real estate,



construction, or architecture.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD (2D essential, 3D preferred).
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations in Bangalore.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
