As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Domestic Sales Process professional who can generate business opportunities, engage with B2B customers, convert enquiries into sales, and contribute to achieving our business targets. A candidate who is experienced in Steel Industry will be preferred.

Job Summary




The Domestic Sales Process professional will be responsible for outbound and inbound calling, lead generation, customer follow-ups, enquiry conversion, quotation follow-ups, and sales coordination.

The ideal candidate should have solid communication and persuasion skills, a target-oriented approach, and prior experience in B2B telesales, inside sales, business development, or customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
* Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate qualified sales leads.
* Handle inbound enquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
* Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable steel products.
* Follow up regularly with leads, prospects, and existing customers.
* Maintain and develop a healthy sales pipeline.
* Achieve daily calling, follow-up, conversion, and monthly sales targets.
* Identify new business opportunities
