The Role

Vivriti Next Limited (VNL) is hiring a seasoned Senior Special Situations skilled to Originate, structure and sell non-vanilla credit opportunities (like pre-IPO financing, stressed asset funding, M&A; financing etc.).



This role is part of the Capital Markets leadership team and reports directly to the Head of Capital Markets.

Key Responsibilities
Originate and structure and sell non-vanilla credit opportunities -like pre-IPO financing, stressed asset funding, M&A; financing et al.
Build relationships with promoters, CFOs, market intermediaries, and investors.
Collaborate closely with the Credit and Risk teams on transaction structuring and preparation of investor collaterals
Drive the end-to-end placement process, including investor pitching, pricing negotiations, and documentation.
Track trends on special situation deal flow in the market, new deals, active investors in the space.
Work closely with internal teams (Legal for transaction documentation and Operations for deal closure)
