Role Description The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City, responsible for driving growth and adoption of NoBrokerHood within the assigned territory.



The TSM will identify and pursue new business opportunities with residential societies, manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers. Daily responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, conducting product presentations and demos, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring timely onboarding and activation of societies on the platform. The role involves tracking sales performance, preparing periodic reports, and collaborating with internal teams such as operations, customer support, and marketing to deliver a seamless client experience. The TSM will also train society stakeholders on platform features, gather market insights, and contribute to local sales strategies to achieve revenue and penetration targets.
