InnerPeace is solving for trust in mental health. We are building a transparent, context-rich discovery experience with verified credentials, intro videos, real-issue-based filtering, and community trust signals.

Role Overview:
You will own content that builds TRUST at scale. You are not hired to just "post".
Key Responsibilities:
Content Calendar: Help plan and execute weekly calendar every Sunday
Creation: 3-4 Instagram posts/week (2-3 Reels + 1-2 Carousels), 2 LinkedIn posts/week
Daily Stories: 2-3 interactive stories (polls, Q&A;, BTS)
Community: Reply to every comment/DM within 6 hours
Research: Build a bank of 30 FAQs around therapy and convert into content
Requirements:




College student (Any year, any course) - Psychology background is a plus
Proficiency in Canva, CapCut / VN
Robust writing and basic design sense
Active on social media and understands Instagram algorithm (Saves, Shares > Likes)
2-3 hours daily commitment, consistent with deadlines
