Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Writer role based in Noida. The Content Writer will create clear, engaging, and student-focused content for web pages, blogs, guides, and marketing materials that simplify higher education decisions. Daily responsibilities include researching universities, programs, and career paths, translating complex information into accessible language, and aligning content with LearningShala’s counseling and mentoring workflows. The role involves collaborating closely with counselors, mentors, and marketing teams to develop content that supports student guidance, admissions, and post-admission communication. The Content Writer will also review and update existing content, maintain consistent brand tone and accuracy, and contribute ideas for recent content formats that enhance student engagement.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Writing and Web Content Writing skills for creating clear, structured, and student-centric digital content.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills,



including the ability to collaborate with mentoring and counseling teams and adapt content for diverse audiences.
Candidates should possess solid Research skills to gather, verify, and synthesize information on universities, programs, and career pathways.
Candidates should possess Creative Writing skills to craft engaging narratives, student stories, and educational content that builds trust and interest.
Strong command of English grammar, style, and editing; ability to maintain a consistent tone across multiple formats and channels.
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Education, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in education, edtech, career counseling content, or similar domains is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects with attention to detail.
