Role Description The EXECUTIVE - CUSTOMER SERVICE (EXPORT) is a full-time, on-site role based in Gandhidham, Kuchchh, Gujarat. This role is responsible for managing export-related customer interactions, ensuring timely responses to inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues. The executive will handle order processing, shipment tracking, documentation follow-up, and status updates for international clients. They will monitor customer satisfaction,



maintain accurate records in relevant systems, and support continuous improvement of customer service procedures. The role also involves proactive communication with customers regarding shipment schedules, requirements, and service feedback.

Qualifications
Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive, professional relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Customer service, customer support, and customer satisfaction skills, with a focus on handling export-related queries and resolutions.
Experience in customer service management, including tracking service performance and contributing to process improvements.
Knowledge of export processes, documentation, and logistics workflows is advantageous.
