About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with a strong background in healthcare data modeling, integration, and analysis. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting our healthcare analytics initiatives by analyzing large-scale datasets, developing data models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights.



This role involves working with advanced data warehousing platforms such as Snowflake and MySQL, optimizing complex SQL queries, and creating comprehensive documentation of data workflows and business rules. The Data Analyst will also be instrumental in building scalable cloud infrastructure, implementing system health monitoring, and guiding team members to ensure best practices in data management and analytics.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Healthcare Analytics, or a related field. A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in US healthcare analytics, including familiarity with benefits, claims, and eligibility data, is essential. Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing healthcare datasets is required, along with experience working with Snowflake, MySQL, and modern data warehousing concepts.
