Role Description The Human Resources Generalist will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining HR records, and supporting performance management processes. Responsibilities include administering employee benefits, assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and company standards.



The role will coordinate employee engagement initiatives, handle basic employee relations matters, and support recruitment activities such as screening resumes and scheduling interviews. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Madhya Pradesh, India, requiring close collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams to support a positive and productive work environment.
