About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer relationships throughout the travel journey—from the first enquiry to post-trip follow-up. The role involves maintaining customer data, coordinating with sales and operations teams, ensuring timely communication, and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Manage customer enquiries, leads, and existing client relationships through the CRM system.
Maintain accurate and updated customer records, travel preferences, booking details, and communication history.
Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, bookings, payments, documentation, and travel requirements.
Coordinate closely with the Sales, Operations, Visa, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth customer handling.
Track leads and follow-ups and ensure no customer enquiry is missed.
Send pre-travel,



during-travel, and post-travel communication to customers.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally and within defined timelines.
Maintain regular follow-ups with past customers for repeat bookings and referrals.
Collect customer feedback after trips and maintain service-quality records.
Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling destinations, upgrades, travel experiences, and additional services.
Prepare CRM reports covering leads, follow-ups, conversions, pending enquiries, and customer activity.
Ensure customer data confidentiality and accuracy.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer relationship management, travel, hospitality, or a similar industry.
Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and CRM software.
Excellent follow-up and coordination skills.
