Role Description The Business Manager (Modular Designing) is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end business operations related to modular home interiors. This role includes managing client consultations, translating requirements into modular design solutions, coordinating with design and production teams, and ensuring timely project delivery.



The Business Manager will handle budgeting, cost estimates, vendor and supplier coordination, and quality checks across all modular projects. Daily responsibilities also involve monitoring project pipelines, optimizing workflows, preparing business reports, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain design standards, address client feedback, and continuously improve modular design processes and service offerings.

Qualifications
Proficiency in business operations for modular interiors, including project planning, workflow management, and resource allocation.
Experience in client relationship management, requirement gathering, and translating client needs into practical modular design solutions.
Strong skills in budgeting, cost estimation, and financial tracking related to interior design projects.
