Are you passionate about sales, growth, and building lasting relationships? We're on the lookout for energetic and driven individuals to join our team as Business Development Associates at our Jayanagar office
Role Description:
• Generate recent sales opportunities through in bound lead follow-up and proactive outbound calls/emails. • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable programs.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Drive student admissions and consistently meet or exceed targets.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.




• Assist students with documentation and guide them through the admission process.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or post-graduation.
• 0-2 years in sales/ Inside sales or counselling.
• Fluency in English and Hindi is required and any one regional language (Odia, Assamese, Tamil, Marathi, Telugu, or Bengali) is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
.• Must have Android phone
