Role Description
We are looking for a Purchase Executive to handle day-to-day procurement activities, vendor coordination, and material sourcing. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely procurement as per project and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Handle Purchase Requisitions (PR) and procurement activities.
Source materials and coordinate with vendors.
Obtain, compare, and evaluate quotations.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines.
Prepare and track Purchase Orders (POs).
Follow up with vendors for timely material delivery.




Coordinate with internal teams regarding purchase requirements.
Maintain purchase records and vendor documentation.
Support vendor evaluation and maintain good vendor relationships.
Ensure procurement activities follow company processes and requirements.

Requirements
6 months – 1 year of experience in Purchase/Procurement.
Good understanding of the purchase process: PR → RFQ → Quotation Comparison → Negotiation → PO → Delivery.
Strong vendor coordination and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel/MS Office.
Basic knowledge of ERP/procurement software will be an advantage.
Graduate/Diploma in Commerce, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
Candidates with strong purchase knowledge and excellent communication skills will be preferred.
