Role Description The Bank Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South, responsible for managing and growing relationships with retail and SME customers. The role involves understanding customer financial needs, promoting appropriate banking products and services, and ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.



Day-to-day responsibilities include handling customer queries, facilitating account opening and maintenance, cross-selling loans, deposits, cards, and investment products, and proactively engaging with customers to deepen relationships. The Bank Relationship Manager will collaborate with branch teams to meet sales and service targets, maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, and prepare regular reports on portfolio performance and customer engagement. This role requires frequent face-to-face interaction with customers and coordination with internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless banking experience.
