Role Description The Artisan Outreach Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Noida, responsible for identifying, engaging,



and supporting artisan communities relevant to MarketGenics’ research and client projects. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with artisans, explaining project objectives, and facilitating their participation in research initiatives and market programs. The Executive will coordinate field visits, collect qualitative and quantitative inputs from artisans, and ensure accurate documentation and reporting of findings. They will collaborate closely with internal project teams to align artisan outreach activities with client needs, timelines, and quality standards. The position also includes organizing workshops or meetings with artisans, providing feedback from market insights, and helping artisans understand emerging opportunities while ensuring respectful, ethical, and inclusive engagement.
