Role Description The Commercial Business Development Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Gurgaon,



focused on expanding AIHP’s corporate client base and strengthening commercial real estate partnerships. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and building relationships with decision-makers in target organizations. The manager will prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, develop tailored proposals, and negotiate commercial terms that align client needs with AIHP’s offerings. They will collaborate with internal teams across design, operations, and workplace management to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and high client satisfaction. Ongoing responsibilities include maintaining a robust sales pipeline, supporting business planning and revenue forecasting, tracking performance against targets, and providing exceptional post-sale customer service to foster long-term partnerships and renewals.
