Role Description: Areas you’ll work across

•D2C dispatch & delivery — same-day dispatch%, SLA, EDD breaches, backlog clearance
•RTO & NDR recovery — conversion tracking, calling discipline, automation
•Last-mile & mid-mile cost — courier comparison, cost-per-order, first-mile analysis
•Quick commerce ops — PO acceptance, dispatch TAT, platform coordination
•Swiggy/Zomato — store onboarding, availability %, fill-rate
•Customer support — ticket bucketing, FAQ/SOP build, response SLAs,

•Purchase & supply — PO discipline, GRN, wastage, working capital
•Retention — segment-led activity, repeat-rate, automation

Your first 90 days

•Weeks 1–2: Immerse & observe — sit inside each function, learn the current process, and map with data exactly where the gaps are
•Weeks 3–6: Own one problem — take an assigned workstream, build its tracking from scratch, and report clean daily/weekly numbers that are yours
•Weeks 7–10: Move the metric — drive a measurable improvement and present it in review with the numbers
•Weeks 11–13: Crystallise your role — based on demonstrated impact, we jointly define the permanent role you grow into, with real ownership as we scale

Who you are

•A fresh, hungry mind — 0–3 years’ experience; MBA, engineering, or commerce backgrounds all welcome. Recent graduates with the right drive are encouraged to apply
