Experience: 2–5 years in retail store management
Job Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations, sales, and customer service.
Drive store sales and achieve monthly targets.
Lead, train, and motivate the retail team.
Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and store standards.
Handle customer queries and ensure a excellent shopping experience.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with experience in apparel/fashion retail store management are preferred. Experience in managing retail teams, sales targets, and store operations will be an advantage.
