Cybertech is hiring a Social Media & Creative Manager to join our Marketing team.
We're looking for a hands-on social media and creative qualified who can own our organic social presence end-to-end and produce the visual content that powers it. This role is ideal for someone who combines social media strategy with strong design and video-making skills, and understands how creative content drives brand visibility and audience engagement.
You will work closely with our content writing team, they handle the copy, and you bring it to life through design, video, and strong social execution. This is a maker role: you will plan the content calendar and create the graphics and videos that go out across our channels.
You will also help raise the creative bar across the team by shaping visual direction, producing high-quality assets,



and improving how social content is developed and executed.
Responsibilities
Own the organic social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and others relevant to our brand)
Plan and maintain the content calendar in coordination with the content writing team
Design graphics, carousels, and static creatives in Canva (and/or Adobe tools)
Shoot, edit, and produce a range of videos — short-form (Reels, Shorts, stories), product and demo videos, explainers, and promotional clips — including editing, captions, and trending formats
Translate copy provided by the content team into scroll-stopping visual posts
Manage day-to-day community engagement, responding to comments and DMs and building audience relationships
Track and report on performance (reach, engagement, follower growth) and use insights to refine creative direction
Stay on top of platform trends, formats, and algorithm changes, and turn them into
