Role & Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth academic and career counseling sessions to help students identify suitable universities, courses, and scholarship opportunities aligned with their profile.
Guide applicants through end-to-end application processes including SOP/LOR drafting, transcript evaluation, and document preparation.
Deliver workshops and webinars on study abroad trends, standardized test strategies (GRE/GMAT/IELTS/TOEFL), and visa procedures.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global university admission criteria, visa regulations, and funding opportunities across 10+ key study destinations.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to design student-centric campaigns and conversion funnels for high-intent leads.
Track student outcomes and feedback to continuously improve counseling methodologies and service delivery.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
Proven experience in student counseling or international education advisory
Strong knowledge of overseas university admission processes
Proficiency in SOP/LOR coaching and resume personalization
Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to use CRM tools (e.g., Zoho CRM, HubSpot) for lead management
Familiarity with standardized tests (IELTS/TOEFL/GRE/GMAT) and visa requirements
Preferred
Experience working with Tier-1 universities in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, or Germany
Background in higher education, career guidance, or international student services
