Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Staff role based at our Kochi training center. The Sales Staff member will engage prospective learners through calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries, explain course offerings and certification pathways,



and guide them toward suitable training programs. Responsibilities include managing lead pipelines, scheduling and conducting consultations or demos, following up with prospects, and supporting enrollment processes from initial contact to registration. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, coordinating with training and marketing teams on campaigns, and providing ongoing support to learners regarding schedules, fees, and program updates. The Sales Staff member will contribute to meeting individual and team sales targets while delivering a professional and learner-focused service experience.
Qualifications
Robust sales and customer relationship skills, including lead generation, prospect nurturing, and closing enrollments.
Effective communication and presentation abilities, with clear spoken and written English; proficiency in regional languages is an advantage.
